2016年11月18日（現地時間）、「平和への権利宣言」が国連総会第3委員会で承認されたことを経て、

2016年12月19日（現地時間）、「平和への権利宣言」が国連総会全体会合で承認されました。

投票結果は、賛成131ヵ国、反対34ヵ国、棄権19ヵ国でした。（A/RES/71/189）

On 18th November 2016, the Third Committee General of the Assembly of the United Nations has adopted a Declaration on the Right to Peace. Through these processes, on 19th December 2016, the Declaration has been ratified by the Plenary of the General Assembly. The Declaration was adopted by a recorded vote of 131 in favour, to 34 against, with 19 abstentions.
